ABOUT EXECUTE

Built by veterans. Driven by purpose. Designed for those who lead.

OUR FOUNDERS

Matthew Seeber

Matthew Seeber

Matthew Seeber has spent his career in environments where composure determines the outcome. From a Marine Corps machine gunner to a SWAT entry stack, from the courtroom to the job site, he has operated where pressure is constant and the margin for error is thin. That experience is the foundation of his work with Execute: helping leaders and organizations stay regulated under stress, make disciplined decisions, and perform when it counts.

His career began in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a machine gunner with First Battalion Third Marines, deploying in combat roles to both Iraq and Afghanistan. After earning his business degree from Penn State, he joined the Albany Police Department as a patrol officer and a member of its SWAT team, operating at the front line of high-risk, time-critical situations.

Matthew went on to earn his law degree from Albany Law School and now practices as a commercial litigation attorney, representing clients in complex business, real estate, and construction disputes. He brings the same strategic discipline to the courtroom that defined his time in uniform.

He is also an operator and builder of companies. Matthew co-owns and runs a federal commercial construction firm delivering projects for the U.S. government, a demolition and dumpster company, and a health and wellness company in the peptide space — and he has built and manages a growing real estate portfolio.

Across every domain — military service, law enforcement, law, and business — the constant has been the same: stay calm, think clearly, execute. Through Execute, Matthew brings that hard-won perspective to the leaders and teams he works with.

Michael Murphy

Michael Murphy

Michael Murphy is a leadership, resilience, and life-performance educator dedicated to helping entrepreneurs, executives, business owners, professionals, parents, and veterans build the discipline, accountability, resilience, and leadership required to perform when the pressure is real.

Michael served as a Force Reconnaissance Marine, Scout Sniper, and Joint Terminal Attack Controller before commissioning as an officer in the United States Navy. He spent his career operating and leading in environments where preparation mattered, standards mattered, and decisions carried significant consequences. Those experiences shaped his understanding of leadership, performance, and what it takes to consistently show up when others depend on you.

Following his military service, Michael built a career in healthcare leadership as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, clinic director, and advocate for mental health and human performance. He is also the founder of Operation Resiliency, a concierge healthcare organization focused on helping individuals optimize their physical health, mental well-being, resilience, and performance.

As an entrepreneur, clinician, husband, and father, Michael understands the challenge of pursuing excellence across every area of life. Building a successful career means little if it comes at the expense of your health, your family, your integrity, or your sense of purpose. True success comes from becoming the kind of person capable of carrying the responsibilities that accompany a meaningful life.

Through EXECUTE, Michael teaches practical leadership principles rooted in experience. He equips people to think clearly under pressure, develop resilience through adversity, lead with confidence and humility, build stronger teams, and make decisions aligned with their values and long-term vision.

His message is simple. Raise your standards. Take ownership. Embrace discipline. Do the hard things consistently. Become someone your family can depend on, your team can trust, and your future self will be proud of. The objective is not motivation. The objective is transformation.

EXECUTE exists to help people become stronger leaders, better spouses, more present parents, more resilient professionals, and individuals capable of carrying the weight of a life that matters.

For those ready to stop making excuses, take responsibility, and pursue excellence with intention, it is time to execute.
