Matthew Seeber
Matthew Seeber has spent his career in environments where composure determines the outcome. From a Marine Corps machine gunner to a SWAT entry stack, from the courtroom to the job site, he has operated where pressure is constant and the margin for error is thin. That experience is the foundation of his work with EXECUTE: helping leaders and organizations stay regulated under stress, make disciplined decisions, and perform when it counts. His career began in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a machine gunner with 1st Battalion, 3rd Marines, deploying in combat roles to both Iraq and Afghanistan. After earning his business degree from Penn State, he joined the Albany Police Department as a patrol officer and member of its SWAT team, operating on the front lines of high-risk, time-critical situations. Matthew went on to earn his law degree from Albany Law School and now practices as a commercial litigation attorney, representing clients in complex business, real estate, and construction disputes. He brings the same strategic discipline to the courtroom that defined his time in uniform. He is also an operator and builder of companies. Matthew co-owns and runs a federal commercial construction firm delivering projects for the U.S. government, a demolition and dumpster company, and a health and wellness company in the peptide space, while also building and managing a growing real estate portfolio. Across every domain—military service, law enforcement, law, and business—the constant has been the same: stay calm, think clearly, execute. Through EXECUTE, Matthew brings that hard-won perspective to the leaders and teams he works with.
Michael Murphy is a leadership, resilience, and life-performance educator dedicated to helping entrepreneurs, executives, business owners, professionals, parents, and veterans build the discipline, accountability, resilience, and leadership required to perform when the pressure is real.
Brian Tibbetts is a 100% disabled United States Marine Corps veteran who enlisted at 18 years old after graduating from high school. He joined the Marines in 2006 and separated in February 2012. Brian served as a 0621 Field Radio Operator, attaining the rank of Sergeant (E-5). He took pride in being someone his fellow Marines could rely on for guidance and mentorship. During his service, he deployed twice to the Middle East. Today, he continues serving his community as a firefighter and paramedic. Upon leaving the Marines, Brian received a 60% VA disability rating. After attempting to file for an increase and being denied in 2015, he connected with Mike, one of the coaches at Just4Veterans. Within a few months, Mike helped Brian increase his disability rating to 100%. Following that success, Brian joined the Just4Veterans team and is now passionate about helping fellow veterans obtain the disability benefits they have earned. Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and children and working on cars. Helping fellow veterans is Brian's passion. Whether you have never filed a VA disability claim or are currently rated between 0% and 90% and want to pursue an increased rating, Brian is available for a free, no-obligation consultation to discuss your options.
